We have openings for 5 separate one-week sessions from July 9 – Aug 11At our brand new AIR-CONDITIONED facility at 535 Cambridge St, Cambridge.INCLUDING the all new, Rock Island, July 30-Aug 4,Our first overnight camp on the beautiful Star Island outside of Portsmouth, NH.
Camp.groove is a summer rock camp series developed by contemporary music school, School of Groove for beginning, intermediate, and advanced students. Our state of the art facility houses 8-instructional rooms, an acoustically treated concert hall, and a professional 2-room recording studio
Join the band this summer, and learn what it takes to be a rock musician! Learn from experienced rock musicians, record original music, and rock out in concert. Camp is available for kids and teens ages 8-18. Sign up for one, two, or all five weeks.

| In the spirit of the ancient tradition of going into the fields to welcome the Sabbath, join the Jewish Community Centers of Greater Boston for an outdoor Shabbat picnic and sing-along on Friday, July 27 from 6-7:30pm. Geared for interfaith couples and families. Everyone is welcome.Pinebank is nestled in a park-like setting with a great view of the pond. Bring a picnic dinner and blanket. Dessert will be provided. Relax with family and friends, new and old. Feel free to bring musical instruments, kites, Frisbees, etc.Parking is available around the pond and on side streets. The time that is awaited all winter long is here—the opening of the Copley Square Farmers Market on Tuesday, May 15. Approximately 20 vendors will be on hand on opening day offering local and seasonal fruits and vegetables, baked goods, jams & jellies, cheese, meats, and much more. There will be local produce from Atlas Farms, Siena Farms, Silverbrook Farm, and others; baked goods from Danish Pastry House and Sofra; roasted nuts from Fastachi; fresh mozzarella from Fiore Di Nonno; and primo sandwiches from Iggy’s Bread. The hours of the market are 11:00am – 6:00pm every Tuesday and Friday.
Mass Farmers Markets is the only non-profit organization providing support for all farmers markets across Massachusetts. In addition to managing the Copley Square, Central Square (Cambridge), and Davis Square (Somerville) markets, Mass Farmers Markets provides management and marketing resources to 250+ farmers markets around the state, and acts as fiscal agent for all SNAP and Bounty Bucks payments, doing its part to expand the access of local food to all populations. MSPCA ‘Take Home The Gold’ Senior Cat Adoptathon
Adoption Fees Waived for Cats Over the Age of 9 years!
July 27th – August 12th
Just like Olympic athletes, senior cats can be spry and fit without the crazy antics of the young’uns. Thanks to the Ivan Smith Adoption Challenge, the adoption fee for cats 9 years and older is being waived throughout the Summer Olympics. Take Home the Gold and adopt a cat in the prime of his life.
With dozens of senior cats waiting for new homes, the MSPCA at Nevins Farm is certain to have the perfect match for your family. Please give a forever home to a homeless cat in need - you’ll never regret it!
