| One Fit Mama's™ main goal is to improve the fitness levels (both physical and mental) of all participants. Classes are 60 minutes long, composed of aerobic work, resistance training, and core (abs and back) strengthening.Babies spend time both in and out of the stroller interacting with the mamas. Classes are designed for both prenatal mamas as well as mamas with babies ages 6 weeks and older. |

| Tours of Cairnwood reveal the history and inhabitants of this beautiful Beaux Arts building. John Pitcairn, a Scottish immigrant, who through hard work and ingenuity joined the ranks of industrialists such as Rockefeller and Carnegie, lived here from its construction in 1895 until his death in 1916. Tour participants can see the private side of a family integral to the founding of the Academy, High School, College and the New Church in Bryn Athyn.
Tours are offered daily at 11:00 AM. Reservations are recommended.

Create a handmade ceramic family treasure for your holiday table from start to finish! We will handbuild our platter out of clay using a variety of basic techniques. The next week we meet to colorfully decorate our platter with glaze. Return after March 25 to pick up finished piece in time for holiday celebrations. Open to ages 7 & up with caregiver.
